Raph corners low and holds his knees two millimeters above the speeding pavement.
The Elite Guard is only half a click away and he's running scared.
Raph twists the throttle and pops out his engine for extra speed as his front tire leaves the ground.
He quickly pulls alongside his prey. Raph Mutates his steel stead into Attack Mode and brings the Side Slicin' Katana Blade within millimeters of the Elite Guards tires. Suddenly an obstacle apears directly in front of Raph. Without hesitation, Raph pops a wheelie and fires his powerful Spring-powered Missle - the explosion launches Raph and his bike high into the air.
But the Elite Guard has escaped. Raph knows they will meet again on the shadow filled streets.
