And with real reptilian resourcefulness, these green guys actually change into cars that are free-wheelin' and ready to race! Look inside - presto - the Turtles are even in their driver's seat! And Splinter and Shredder get in on the Mutatin' action, too. These guys are wacky, Mutated send-ups of the classic Turtle vehicles, like the Party Wagon and the Mutant Module.
