This mild-mannered gentle giant packs a hidden punch. Foot foes are lulled into a false sense of safety by the Green Team's cuddly costume. Once inside a Foot fort, it's wham! bam! - the bottom drops out and ninja knights bust loose! This viscious vehicle mutates from a mechanical pre-mutant turtle into a menacing Mutant Military troop carrier. Turtlehead bruise missiles are ready to zero-in on Foot Clan festivities, while mutant machine guns fire at will! The Muta-Carrier's open back can accomodate a whole army of Mutant Military figures who are armed to the teeth. It's the old Trojan Horse idea - with a way-out Turtle twist! The ancient Greeks had nothin' on these crafty green geniuses.
