| This item was not published by Mirage Studios, but we get a lot of questions about it, so here it is. At the height of the Turtles' popularity in the direct sales comic book market, Robert Wilson (owner of Metropolis, a small comic shop chain in Florida) approached Kevin and Peter with the idea to do this limited edition tribute to the TMNT as a licensed product. Kevin and Pete agreed and sent Robert a bunch of stuff to publish.
