SYNOPSIS:
Michaelangelo is
depressed because he has no money to buy a "Belly Board" when he sees
a TV advertisement of a new pizza parlor called: WEIRD PIZZA TO GO. The Turtle
figures that he can get a job there and, after a few nights delivering pizzas,
he'll have enough money to buy his board. What Mikey doesn't realize is that
Shredder owns the WEIRD PIZZA parlor and his scheme is to capture the Turtles
when they order a really weird pizza.
Michaelangelo, disguised as an ugly human, is hired for the delivery boy position
when he tells Shredder that he has a car. What he has is the Neutrinos' Star
Cruiser, which he "borrows" while Donatello is working on it. What
Mikey doesn't know is that there are no air brakes. Unfortunately, for him,
he discovers this during his deliveries.
While waiting for Michaelangelo to return and wondering what he is up to, the
other Turtles prepare their pizza dinner, but the "pizza maker" is
on the fritz, so they order a pizza from Weird Pizza To Go. Shredder realizes
that this order is from the Turtles and slips a tracking device into an anchovy
and places it on the pizza in hopes that it will lead him to the Turtles' Lair.
But when Michaelangelo gets the order, he knows that it can only be for the
Turtles, rather than be embarrassed, he persuades April to deliver it for him.
What she does not know is that the phone booth where the Turtles always have
their pizzas delivered has been removed and that she is also being followed
by Rocksteady and Bebop.
Thinking that Michaelangelo gave her the wrong address, she tries 13th Avenue
rather than 13th Street, where she encounters the Rat King who steals her pizza
and runs off. She immediately contacts Michaelangelo, who decides that he'd
better tell his boss. Only when he gets back to th epizza parlor does Mike disover
that he is working for Shredder and what his evil plan is. Michaelangelo finds
the other Turtles and fills them in. The other three TMNT decide to follow Shredder
and company, while Mike follows the Rat King.
Along the way, the Turtles "take out" Shredder's Foot Soldiers, so
by the time he arrrives at the Rat King's lair, besides being surprised to find
the Rat King instead of the Turtles, he is also outnumbered. Shredder, along
with Rocksteady and Bebop, make good their escape in the Neutrinos' Star Cruiser
which still has not had its brakes fixed. As we fade out, the Star Cruiser is
hurtling across the sky, out of control.
